Having worked with Business Owners in the West Midlands since 1947, Lancaster Clements offer a range of services specifically tailored to enable companies to thrive. Without access to the right financial information and structures, business owners are likely to miss some of the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead.
A general practitioner with a wide range of experience in accounting and taxation matters. He works with a range of clients from all sectors and offers strategic advice to those clients. He has a particular interest in the development of small to medium sized companies with whom he values a close working relationship.
Mark qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1996 with Bentley Jennison and gained experience in industry, as well as Pricewaterhouse Cooper, prior to joining our practice in 2004. He has spent the over 25 years advising or participating in businesses of all sizes from start ups to listed companies.
Emma joined the practice in 1999 as a tax junior. She became Tax Manager in 2004 and qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2006. Emma provides the clients with commercial tax advice on personal tax, inheritance tax and capital gains tax issues. Emma has particular experience in trust tax and the planning opportunities of trusts. She is also involved in all areas of tax planning for our client companies and their directors.
