Michael Dufty and Company was founded in 1977 as a practice of Chartered Accountants and expanded steadily by meeting the constantly changing needs of the business community. In 1991 the firm was restructured into a four partner practice of both chartered and certified accountants and renamed Michael Dufty Partnership. The partners are fully supported by qualified and experienced staff which together with the substantial use of modern technology allows the undertaking of special assignments alongside the more routine audit, accountancy and taxation services. Existing clients range from the smallest business to larger groups of companies and include representatives from most sectors of industry and commerce.

The firm is licensed by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales for a range of investment business activities.
