I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had agreed a fee for my self assessment with Mr Ward of 200 + VAT. On completion of the work I was sent a bill for 360 + VAT their reason was 'extra work' for the self employed goverment furlough scheme. There is no 'extra work' required for this. On me questioning their added charges their response was I either pay up or my self assessment wont be sent in time.

I then hastily had to file my own assessment before midnight on the 23rd April this I managed. HMRC also confirmed a tax refund that was 250 more than what LOWSON WARD CLAIMED. Disgusting abuse of accountancy.
