Open letter Nicholas I am forwarding this to you as well as the case handler of my complaint. I will rebut your claim (all login information was provided in a phone call requests have been made for call logs. you have had for all accounts as I would not put in writing I called) I will be proceeding on grounds of breach of contract, you have made no attempt other than delay and fabrication, to resolve this matter.
Your personal life is not my concern, but is major in your response as to why you have not dealt with my complaint correctly You have insulted my intelligence shown complete disrespect for me. You really have showed nothing but contempt of me and my business taken money and not delivered even a of skeleton service. I will also post this all over as an open letter, for all to read.
