Services
We could see the date of VAT return filing. VAT will be due on earlier of time of supply (that will be determined in accordance with IFRS 15) or the date of invoice. For contracting company, it will be earliest of revenue recognition (technically date of supply), invoice or receipt of payment. Q. Can we claim VAT that we already paid along with Electricity / rent / petrol expenses?.
