Andrew is the Operations & Business Advisory Director at Ward Williams Ltd having partner responsibility for a portfolio of owner managed business clients covering a wide spectrum of different industries, and which are primarily based around the Weybridge and Bracknell areas. He oversees the Business Services department processes for the timely delivery of year end accounts, tax compliance and company secretarial services. He has extensive experience of providing accounting, VAT and business tax advice tailored to individual and corporate needs.
Since joining Ward Williams as Payroll Facilitator Carla has progressed to Payroll Manager and has recently completed the 2 year advanced payroll practitioner certificate as part of her 3 year CIPP payroll management degree. Carla and the team keep our payroll clients abreast with payroll legislation and statutory changes and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. The team offer a full start to end process of the payroll function and can also assist clients with any ad hoc processes they require.
Cathy started at Ward Williams in 2004 as PA to the Director of Consulting. Cathy is responsible for providing appropriate advice and guidance to clients, to ensure that their business stays compliant with the statutory requirements and legal obligations under the Companies Act 2006. We offer a comprehensive service aimed at assisting UK Private Limited Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships maintain, monitor and manage their statutory compliance obligations under Company law.We offer a reliable and cost-effective service with on-going support on a range of company secretarial matters allowing you as a business owner to focus on running your business.
