Great business to be a part of! The management and people drive the culture. I would describe the culture as collaborative, rewarding, flexible, supportive and motivating. They take care of their employees, appreciate their efforts and support their career aspirations. Many staff have worked for the company for 5, 10, 20+ years! I think this says it all.

I enrolled in the Hospitality Course with this company but after a back injury had to rest so as to recover. Once I was able too start the course again being about 3 weeks have tried to contact this group to complete my course. Have been told I will be contacted by head office but after a few months still nothing. Really poor professionalism considering they are providing career courses.

I did a hospitality course over 2 weeks, finishing last Friday, our teacher Liz Davey, was an absolute pleasure to see each day. Learning was very easy with Liz and I was very impressed with the course and am excited to pursue my new career in hospitality.
