I've been a Thompson Wright Ltd client since 1996. Without fail they have never let me down. Always professional, helpful and reliable. Faultless.

I just wanted to write a short review to highly recommend the services of Thompson Wright Ltd. As well as being attentive and friendly they act quickly upon instruction making sure you are fully aware of the process and the options available and all at very commercial rates. If you are looking for an honest, friendly and experienced chartered accountant I would highly recommend using them. I can't afford not to.

We have used TWCA for a number of years now for both our accounts and payroll. The service is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are so helpful and friendly and will always go out of their way for you.

In setting up a new business, Thompson Wright were recommended to us as a firm of accountants that would be perfect for our requirements. As part of the onboarding we took part in some training delivered at their offices in Hale. Emily was very thorough and very articulate not only in the use of the software but also in accounting practices in general.

Really felt I had to post a review! Thompson Wright raise the bar as far as Accountancy firms are concerned! I have been a client for many years, and consistently recommend them to contacts and friends! This organisation operate as a real extension to your Finance department, and it really doesn't matter if you are a 'one man band' or a multi million turnover organisation - their knowledge, service, advice and observations are consistent, strategic and completely aligned to your organisations objectives.

In addition, their tax planning and financial planning services are awesome! We moved our company pensions to TW a few years ago and had (and continue to have) the most positive experience for both Directors and Employees of the company! Would never consider using anyone else!

Although I have an accountancy background and could handle a lot of accounting tasks myself, I find it makes good commercial sense to concentrate my time and efforts on running my business. I recommend the firm completely. Are they the cheapest for a small business like mine? No, but you get a lot more for those extra professional fees. I have been a client of Thompson Wright for several years now. My business is very small in comparison to other Clients that they look after, however, you wouldn't know it. The level of customer service that I receive from them makes me feel like my company is all they care about. I have never received this level of service elsewhere.
