We were all desperate for some positive news at the start of 2021, following a tumultuous 2020, and it came in the form of the announcement that UHY Ross Brooke were to join our UHY family. Bringing four new offices and a team of around 100 people to work within our Group, and alongside our 11 existing member firms, we were keen to share more about our newest member firm and what makes them great.

Expect everything to take 3 times longer than every other company you speak to, thats if they even do the work. Very good at ignoring emails, will not assist when asked to do so & watch out when you find out they have failed to complete instructed work they will drop you & run for the hills!. They cant even successfully advise who to make a complaint to!.
& are not beyond telling you wrong advise. Totally incompetent! Avoid!

To start I was well looked after, then to realise you are just a number yourself to this company. Calling them for advice, you are then made to feel like you have been a burden and everything comes at a cost! And I mean everything. At the start, all was well, however the customer care was lost and all it becomes about is how much money they can take and charge you.
Even when you call them on phone for minor details they let you know it will be invoiced as an hourly charge depending on who you are speaking to and what their rates are. Plenty of other accountants out there is my advice. Do your research before committing
