Awful to work for! I was unfortunate enough to work there many years ago and I am still haunted by how horrible this place was. It was by far the worst place I ever worked at, including out of the dozen of client premises I worked at. I have never felt more like a number. We were encouraged to record every single minute we spent on client work even when out of hours ( and told how to start the timer whenever we had an incoming call) while being told we would not necessarily be entitled to claim overtime.
I did not have the heart to return there following a bereavement and phoned up on the last day of the month- on the day a parent passed, heartbroken, to say I would be leaving after a month spent by a their bedside in hospital. The partner I spoke to must have called the Payroll department straight away to quickly stop my pay as I did not get paid at all for that month- meaning I did not get any compassionate week at all. I think that says it all.

Not a professional organisation to work for. Had been to an interview with Catherine Liu who immediately told me she had already found the person for this role before even starting with the interview. The behaviour through out the interview was rude and dismissive. Please stop wasting other candidates' time if you have already found the one!

DO NOT apply to work on the Service Desk in I.T! The place is a shambles with power hungry, ignorant and selfish senior management. No progression.failing systems.no accountability.4 managers left within the space of 9 months which tells you everything. Avoid! No backing from HR when the whole team raised points of bully tactics and stress from poor working conditions. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My response to the reply from Rebecca : LOL

I'm from Germany and I have to say such an unprofessional company I have never experienced. I always receive reminders although I have already sent the payment receipt multiple times. They are not even able to use a salutation in a mail. Businesses that want to get rid of their customers should work with BDO.
