Book Keeping Report

Inputting your purchase invoices and ad hoc payments on a regular basis and producing payment reports including remittance advices to be sent with cheques to your suppliers. Maintaining receipts from your customers, sending regular statements to unpaid accounts and where necessary contacting customers to enable overdue payments.

Monthly Accounts Report

Monthly analysis of your company's sales and purchases to allow you to monitor your performance. We can provide these in a variety of formats, summarised, detailed, split by "cost centres" etc. Please ask if you require alternative or specific formats.

VAT Returns etc Report

Monthly or quarterly submission of your company's VAT Returns to comply with the Inland Revenue's time schedules. If you deal with companies outside the UK you may need to submit the above reports to HM Customs & Excise, SAS will do these for you too.

Payroll Report

We offer a full payroll service. We can provide either monthly, fortnightly or weekly payroll with the necessary reports for monthly, quarterly and annual PAYE and other Inland Revenue necessary R.T.I reporting requirements. Shaw Accounting Services is a Registered Online Agent for the Inland Revenue, enabling us to submit your annual returns (P35/P14) online. All you need to do is provide the timesheets/hours in time for R.T.I submissions and sign the employees' cheques!
