They provided me with a lot of documents from my brother's trip when I ask them for the invoice they don't want to provide gives as a reason = confidentiality but why do you give me 100 pages of documents? They ask to pay by our credit cards the more they ask to pay in cash without any supporting documents. They are paid for them to reserve seats and they do not and keep the funds. They are real thieves, the worst experience of a travel agency go elsewhere don't do business with them!

I have used D&T over the past 15 years and they were good but in the last year they have failed to produce any advice asked for, been highly unresponsive to emails and requests to call back and I have lost money due to their tardiness and poor business attitude. You only have to look at their About Us, Key Personnel section on their website to see how businesslike they now are. I shall be moving my services elsewhere. A shame because they used to be good but.
