We make sure that our clients feel empowered to make decisions by themselves, and if we are really needed then we can step in to make things right.
Every business, whether a sole tradership or limited company, has tax and accounting obligations. At first, it might seem simple, especially given how long you technically have to file an annual account or tax return. Take it from us, though, accounting is fiddly. It can be easy to get wrong, even if you take your time.

Sole traders and limited companies have different accounting obligations, all of which we can help with. For instance, sole traders have to report their income with a self-assessment tax return, so HMRC knows how much to tax them.

PMC partnership have been a massive help. I started my dog walking company around 3 years ago and wasn't sure what accountants I should go to. This was my first time dealing with accountants. Hello, i would like to write about my experience about PMC Partnership LTD. Everyone should know that they have been very nice at the beginning, but after 1-2 years they have totally forgot about our company, therefore companies house have closed our company because PMC forgot to send our annual return. It was extremely difficult to get payed by our clients after the company has been closed.
All bank accounts frozen, therefore no business income. After a while, we couldn't work with VAT because the business was ruined, i have asked PMC Partnership to unsubscribe us from VAT registration in order to get my company back up, Then we have started getting jobs without charging VAT, then, after a few months after we have changed the accountant, very surprising, PMC have forgotten again to unsubscribe us from the VAT registration, therefore all sour jobs were subject to VAT. Imagine the new accountant saying that you have to pay 9000 GBP of VAT - which you have never charged.
