Highly recommend. I've done my business accounts with them for 3 years and have been very pleased with the service each occasion. Super responsive, knowledgable accountants and great value.

Really poor service. Was very dissappointed with the level of professionalism. I incurred multiple penalties and charges with the revenue due to Dyer and Co's incompetence ie. submitting my self assesment after the deadline after confirming in writing it will and was submitted in time. Whilst trying to resolve the penalties and charges Dyer and Co didn't take any accountability and completely abused their power by use of threats and debt collectors for their yearly fee which I wasn't happy to pay in full due to their mistakes.

After joining a new firm I discovered Dyer and Co had breachd GDPR by sending the new firm and myself another client's tax calculation instead of my tax calculation. Their other clients confidential information such as national insurance number, address, full name and UTR were all visible on the documenation I received. Stay away and avoid!

I am very reluctant to change accountants but the service was so so very bad I changed and it feels like a weight has been lifted. We used them for management accounts and they made such a mess of it that it is going to take years to recover. They did financial accounts which were a total mess often taking a lot of time to get them anywhere near correct due to the number of mis postings. Payroll they did get to us on time but again accuracy I always made sure my administrator checked through this very careful before they were finalised sifting out any errors there.

Two years running they used a secure portal where they sent me other companies documents instead of ours - so I know more about their local butcher client then I should! Then I could never get a call back. The one area they were proactive was sending a huge bill for what they called excess costs and then today a threatening letter less than a month from when they issued these spurious invoices. I would suggest you go nowhere near this company!

Can't recommend this firm more highly, they have been my accountants for well over 30 years and I can honestly say they go that extra mile for their clients. There have been many occasions when they have given me help and advice at no charge. You don't need to look any further if you want a professional friendly and efficient service.
