I've experienced over eight years or poor service from Shacter Cohen & Bor Chartered Accountants during the management of one of my properties in Manchester. Mohammad Razzaq does not answer or return phone calls, answer or respond to email correspondence. I would recommend not dealing with Shacter Cohen & Bor Chartered Accountants if possible.
