Abysmal service and constantly having to chase them up. Also they charged me for payroll services when I don't even have any employees and when I questioned it, they said I was on the "wrong list"! Yet again, bad service. A late corporation tax letter from HMRC prompted me to have to phone HMRC to say I had indeed paid, but due to Knowles Warwick giving me the wrong reference number, it hadn't been picked up that I had paid, so 30 minutes on the phone wasted, waiting to speak to them to clear it up, because of my accountants incompetence. I telephoned Steve Knowles to express my dissatisfaction with the service I was being provided and left a message and I haven't heard back from him 2 days later.
