Then increased their once paid fees and sued in Court: no surprise they sue all their clients for extra fees. C S Todd hoodwink the Courts by issuing a moneyclaim for interest only- a small amount that gets agreed by Courts without examination of the case then C S Todd amend the claimed amount to include their increased fees.

Court Clerks do not notice so judges are never alerted. C S Todd sues clients in different towns so their pattern is unlikely to be noted. See for yourself how the Court awarded the claim WITHOUT HEARING because it was for interest of 13. Then amended to 3000 without a chance to challenge in Court! Avoid.
