Lindsay Gilchrist has worked for over a decade in the government and non-profit sectors advocating for positive public policy change both here in the United States and around the world. After graduating from the University of San Diego in 2005, she traveled to Swaziland, Africa to volunteer with an organization working to address the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
I have worked with Lindsay in her role at Gilchrist & Company for several years now and in a few different capacities. She is second to none-and deeply committed to her clients and improving people's lives through better public policy. It has been a privilege to work with her to achieve that vision.

I was a interested buyer for 300 Duncan Way in Wylie TX 75098 and this is as far as communication I got from Tom "That home is rented month-to-month. Usually need overnight notice to range showings and showings are usually after 4:30 during the week" then I asked questions and got "There's no known issues with anything." I processed to send him screen shots of damage in the home I seen and got this in return "Have your real estate agent call and make an appointment for showing" I said I didn't want to waste anyone's time at a showing in a house I may not want based on the information so I rather know about the house first and he didn't even reply back. Tom then briefly spoke to my agent when she asked questions about the house Tom remained unprofessional and treated her with no respect. Questions were asked about the house and nothing wanted to be disclosed nor did Tom care to help me the interested buyer in possibly purchasing the home.
He didn't care to comment on any pictures I sent that I felt were off about the house with questions attached and he hadn't even done a walk threw himself. If he did he would have seen the stains on the ceiling implying water damage or if he did do a walk threw then he didn't care to acknowledge the damage that was seen and tell me about it when asked instead ignored me.
I feel Tom knew about this as I and my agent both confronted him about it to his response "This house isn't for you" and hung up on my agent (so made the decision for me that the house wasn't for me.interesting) He failed to try to get his clients house sold which the house has been sitting on the market for over a year. Tom also took business away from any other Relator that were happy to help me get all the details on the house and potentially selling it. Tom did not tell his client that they had a interested buyer making his Client lose out on a sale as well. Not only did Tom act in a unprofessional manner but he also violated his code of ethics.
