Worst customer service. We have their software as an accounting firm. Every time we have issue with software, the person answering is very rude and unhelpful. He will even tell you off for ringing them because apparently they cannot resolve their own software issues because of people ringing them. Of course I use different Email account for review/comment as I am scared that they will tell me off again for writing review/comment.
