House was built by Connolly homes and now the rear wall all along our road is falling down due to not being built properly, footings not deep enough and no dranage. The problem is so bad if one household replaces their wall the joining ones will definitely fall down. Quote for repair 4000! Connolly homes not even replying to emails. Very poor workmanship and customer service! Avoid

I concur with the previous review. My daughter and her partner paid deposit April 2016 and are still waiting a year later april 2017 as the house isn't finished yet. It is excuse after excuse with no communication to keep you in loop, only fobbing off from the women in the office who haven't got a clue. Promises promises. Avoid these builders.

I would urge anyone seeking to make a reservation at any of their sites to give serious consideration to how long the build will take. I reserved on the 29th March 2016 and was emailed last night to confirm that they would not commit to a 25th November completion date. To keep my chain I have had to move into temporary accommodation on the 10th June and believing this to be for less than 6-months couldn't enter into a tenancy agreement so moved into a static caravan and placed all my possessions into storage.

I have tried to communicate at Director level and was assured that they would keep in contact with me. I have had to do all the chasing. My mortgage offer expires on the 2nd November and having to now get this extended and having to pay an additional 70.00 revaluation fee. I have raised a formal complaint and totally unhappy with the response hence feeling I had to post this review.

I wish that this was not the case but my son is struggling with the situation now and I just want to be in my new home. If I could post this review with nil stars I would and honestly hope that you have a better and less stressful time than me.
