Had my first meeting with an accountant earlier today, quite informative, although I didn't see the need in an inappropriate and very inaccurate comment about my living circumstances and my relationship. Paul also seemed interested in which school I went to, my qualifications and life aspirations. Far too invasive for a quick talk about taxes if you ask me.

HR representative is completely incompetent & lacks the most basic of people skills. As the head of HR you would think she would be keen to mediate situations, instead of cause rows. Believe she is based in the Grantham office, but does work out of Sleaford office too. Talks over you, is not interested in anything you have to say & only documents/minutes what SHE chooses- not what actually occurs. Until this employee is put on a customer services/people skills course I would avoid employing her services for your business.
