Not professional. Seemed to be just another another number and that there only interest is to make as much money out of you as possible. I got quoted 1,000 then they tried charging me OVER 4,500 yes OVER 4,500 then settled on 3,100 which i was forced to pay (see attached photos of proof from email)! very unprofessional and decide to charge you whatever they want for information you can easily get off the internet. This is not to mention the lack of response. Honestly an absolute horrific, messy and stressful experience.
