Poor and terrible service. Had the viewing on 1st of the month and Gemma she nagged the next process for a week. Call them, they'll say she's out and will give call back. it all went for a week. No calls, no emails. nothing. Finally I called the office for last time, again they said the same that she's out. But I popped in immediately to see there drama, and she's sitting at her desk with blackout face.

All she had was rude attitude and kind of racism. She didn't like or wanted to give us the flat, so she changed her statements before and after. No clarity in letting! Well played, thank you team.

Atrocious - viewed some properties. The first agent told me that someone had already put an offer in for the asking rent and did I want to 'put an offer in' at a higher rent to see if I can get the place. I believe this is illegal. The second agent showed me to an apartment block and confessed she had not yet contacted the tenant. She got out her phone to call him but he didn't answer so she knocked on the door and he didn't answer. "Ah don't worry, he's not here" she said, beckoning me inside. She also lied about the price and length of contract and this was only corrected when it was too late to find anywhere else. Avoid these like the plague.

Bought our house with James Douglas, with Gemma Quick acting as our representative. Everything was handled very professionally and anything that we needed was dealt with with speed and efficiency. A very personal service that made us feel valued and appreciated for our business.
