Services
Smith Cookson was established in 2005, bringing together Cooksons and Derek J Smith which between them have over 70 years of service in Hucknall, Nottingham. We continue to build on their enviable reputation for providing excellent advice and first class service to our business and personal clients alike.
Most people starting a business in Nottingham and the surrounding areas do so because they have a good business proposition and the enterprise and commitment to see it through. However, they may not be experts in the legal and financial aspects of running a business and such matters often appear daunting.
We provide a range of compliance services to support all aspects of business administration. We can help you by making sure accounts are prepared in the correct format, statutory books and other company secretarial records are kept up-to-date and that all statutory returns are prepared. Our experienced team will relieve you of the regulatory burden and leave you more time to concentrate on other areas of your business. In short, we will make sure everything is in the right format, in the right place and at the right time.
Your professional and personal goals are central to our consulting services; we take the time to get to know you better so we can offer the best advice. Our management consultancy service can review your credit control, stock control, budgeting and financial reporting systems and allow you to take full control of these key areas of your business.
