I appreciate your reply to my earlier review. I am a benefactor from an estate for which you have simply not produced the information necessary, missing deadlines despite pleas and with no redress when we suggested you make good on these costs. Though my relatives trusted one of your previous employees implicitly (a judgement I shared with them), only last week we were contacted to say "we've found some missing paperwork from 2017. Would you like us to forward it on?" 'Incompetence' springs to mind.
