Rowland Hall Chartered Certified Accountants is managed by our five Partners, each with their own areas of expertise and specialist knowledge. Working with them are dedicated teams specialising in Taxation, Audit and Accounts, Payroll and Bookkeeping. David graduated from City University with a degree in Economics.
