Critical: Professionalism I have rented many properties in my life and never have I had such a bad experience with an agent. Avoid at all costs - they were shambolic, rude and dishonest! I particularly suggest you avoid Rodney Fraser at all costs - dealing with him was an absolutely horrendous experience, I wish it upon no one!

Great people with lots of experience. They are always fair and accommodating no matter who you are, tenant, landlord, buyer or Vendor. Have known them and used them for years and they are more patient and reasonable which is refreshing in these times. Their knowledge and willingness to share it has helped hugely over the years. I had vey bad experience with them. Ask many times to do something about build up mould but they never cared about it. Very unprofessional team. Lastly, end of my tenecy lease they gave me the invoice for $5000 dollar for painting the whole unit and changing the whole carpet for 2 bedrooms unit and for others such as cleaning and all. Don't recommend this agent at all for anyone.

Cousins have managed my property for many years. Despite what one tenant says, they are very professional. Recently my tenant chose to leave at short notice. Cousins handled everything by the book & yet the tenant chose to complain, hold off on rent that was due & not report a number of issues that had arisen within the property, for whatever reason. Whilst I was not happy with the condition that my property was left in, through working with Cousins, we were able to get all of the issues addressed at a reasonable cost. Whilst the rent for the property only rose by $20 over many years, it seems that you are unable to please everyone.
I would be willing to suggest the team at Cousins to anyone considering using them for unit rentals in the future & believe they are completely deserving of the 5 star rating.
