We needed some impartial advice about our tax status and the best way forward. My husband works away and only home at weekends so we couldn't make an appointment during office hours. Lucy met us on Saturday morning at a local coffee shop. After listening to our story she explained our options and afterwards we felt confident about making an informed decision.
