Cloud Accounting

Cloud accounting software is similar to traditional, on-premises, or self-install accounting software, only the accounting software is hosted on remote servers instead of on a traditional computer. This means you access it via an internet browser.
Data is sent into “the cloud, ” and is processed remotely. It enables the user to have access to their financials wherever there is an internet connection, meaning you can do business wherever you are, remotely, and it means you're not tied to a desk!
Xero is our preferred cloud accounting package. It reduces the amount of hands on work that you will need to do, as it can handle invoicing clients automatically, and send reminders when an invoice is overdue. It can also make adjustments to your inventory levels when you have sold some stock, meaning your stock control is up to date!

Report
Our monthly bookkeeping service allows you to pass your receipts and invoices over to use, where they will be scanned and entered into our system for safe keeping, and your bookkeeping records updated. Simply post or drop off your receipts and we'll do the rest!

I recommend Freedom in numbers and Hannah in particular, very highly and unreservedly. We moved offices recently and I started looking for an accountant closer to the new offices. In looking I came across Freedom in Numbers quite by chance. From the first meeting Hannah has done everything she said she would. Hannah is my 3rd accountant in 3 years of running my business.
