Having spent many years living and working in one of the toughest environments in the world, South Africa – we are happy to be back on home soil.
Kim Hockaday - Bookkeeping | Payroll | Recruitment
Kim was born in Yorkshire and has spent the last three decades within the Accounting & HR arena. She has a vast array of experience within a multitude of sectors and spent a number of years working as a bookkeeper in practice. During her last five years in Cape Town, she owned and ran an Accounting, Consulting & HR practice. This was sold just before leaving to come home to the UK.
Kim gained her experience the old fashioned way, by working her way up from a reception position back in the 80’s to eventually becoming the Group Financial / HR Manager for a large telecoms business with branches in all major centres of South Africa (Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth & Johannesburg).
Since arriving back in the UK, she has spent her time getting to grips with UK business standards and regulations and has also completed a number of study courses in bookkeeping, payroll and recruitment.
Now she is ready to bring her particular flair, passion and enthusiasm for small enterprise to her countrymen.
