Our company has been using DNS for a number of years and have found them to be efficient and reliable accountants. Their model involves doing everything for you which you pay extra for, but DNS are the type of accountant you need if you want to concentrate on business matters rather than tax forms. Our account managers Vishal and Sumit have been great during my time in business, they'll either deal with an issue or find some one that can and their timely reminders to file returns have saved us numerous fines. Also, Payroll just gets done (thanks Sonali) with no drama even after last minute changes.

I would give 0 star. But there is no option.
Compney is growing rapidly but there is serious management issues.
1 Our accounts were filled without asking us showing negative equity, which created big credibility issue with our suppliers.
2 VAT was coming too high, after arguing many times , it turn out they did not claim many invoices .
It became half. As company sends all the VAT work to other country.
3. At time of Exit when new accountant wanted details, DNS employee sent
someone else confidential information to us. Even had to call somany times to collect our documents.
4 .Your account manager will keep changing,
Onces you Seattle with one account manager, after few months you will see another one.
In two years time 4 account managers were changed. So many problems no proper year or quarterly reconciliations, no guidance. We found so many flaws in our two years account history with them as they are so busy, they did not care. Overall it's strategy of the company to show you three to four different plans, for you to pay high price for quality services but you don't get it at all. So be aware!!!

I am a freelance website designer and was looking for self assessment tax return services. I did contact few accountants in London but finally choosen DNS Accountants.
