TaxAssist Accountants Harpenden make good use of online working. We met initially face-to-face which makes for a good start, since then we have communicated everything that is needed for accounts preparation and finalisation via email and a secure virtual document repository. It works well, is very efficient, and Jansen Neo and his team are very good at it.
You know you can pick up the phone at any time, but in fact I have not needed to. The accounts work has been accurate and produced in good time. Whenever I have made a specific request Jansen has understood and complied. In short, everything has run smoothly with two sets of accounts preparation for my small business (IT Consultancy). Prices are good value. What more could you ask from your accountant?
