I've already left one review but I love this boutique, the owners, models, and EVERYTHING it stands for! I ran into this boutique on line by accident and I'm so glad I did! Every single person at this boutique will always hold a special place in my heart! The girls and the lives have saved me more than they know from myself! They have all size models that model on each body type, they have full size runs on most of their items, they support those who give back and also give back themselves, customer service is bomb, and out of the 2 1/2 years I've shopped there I've only sent back 3 items that was the wrong size and definitely my fault!

If u guys want an awesome shopping experience please tune in and watch these girls while u shop and laugh til u hurt! It's just a good time and women empowering other women! I will NEVER shop anywhere else! This is my home now and there's no way they could get rid of me now! BIRD & CO for life!

I did receive a refund on my postage a for the shirts. They did end up working with me and making right. I am thankful for them reaching out and and making this right. I mailed a sweater back it was huge way to big for me said I would take a smaller one if they had one I never heard back so I called. I had to provide the tracking number then they found my package.

I was told because it was on a live sale with a % off it was non returnable. I pointed out all the return policies they have posted and that came with the shirt in print and they said sorry we will update the policy but we mention it in the live video. I had to pay to have my oversized shirt returned to me. The tag I just posted I just took off the shirt I decided to wash the shirt and hope it will shrink

I have shopped at Bird & Co both in-person and online for over a year. Every experience has been pleasant, and on the off chance I have contacted customer service with questions, I always get a prompt response! In general, this is a fantastic company that does an amazing job giving back locally.

I'm in LOVE with Bird & Co. I shop from them weekly, they have the friendliest employees that will help you in any way they can! The most precious warmies that my kids are obsessed with! The cutest and most fashionable clothes that I wear everyday. I get the most complements from these clothes. I highly recommend Bird & Co. weather your local or not!

I love love love Bird & Co. Ever since I tried on a pair of their jeans, the only jeans I ever wear now have to be Bird & Co jeans. All of the clothes are so flattering and appeal to all women. The whole staff is truly so genuine and helpful. So glad to have the storefront right in my hometown!

I have always tried to support local stores. And I have shopped bird &co since they first opened ( so I'm a repeat buyer)I mainly shop Loft and Ann Taylor. I recently purchased two sweaters from bird and co. The sweaters smelled terrible ( to the point if the items touched another item the smell would transfer). I washed the items three separate times. and aired them out.

The smell still was in the items. and they have never been worn! I called the store and spoke to Andrea ( she claimed she was the manager). Told her about my experience. and that I was taking the sweaters to the dry cleaners to see if they can remove the smell. If the cleaners can't remove the smell I am out 70.00 for two sweaters. that I can't wear. Andrea put me on hold to ask if anyone else had complained. and since no one else had.

I guess my complaint wasn't valid. She thanked me for calling and supporting Bird and co. I was not offered a replacement, nor was a offer made to pay for the dry cleaning. I even suggested bringing the items into the store for inspection. And was told not to do that. Bird and co this was terrible customer service. And I rarely complain. but this is ridiculous. I guess money means more than customers loyalty and standing behind your product is non existent at Bird and co. Buyer beware!

Hands down the best boutique around with the friendliest staff! Customer service is 5 star. Sara and her team make shopping this boutique a wonderful experience not only because of the variety of items sold but because of her love to give back to the community and various organizations. Bird & co has clothing for all shapes and sizes, all ages - check it online or in person - I promise you will not be disappointed!

I've been shopping with Bird & Co. for a year and it just keeps getting better. I love their live shopping videos on social media as well as their easy to use app. It makes shopping so quick and easy. One of the most important things is their descriptions of items as I am online shopper because of being out of state. Their dedication to making sure they get all the details across and their variety of models helps so much!
