Initial meeting seemed fine, the problems started around a month in, lack of communication, invoices sent with no explanation of what they were actually for, and wrong advice given regarding vat registration of Ltd business which could of led to a lot of problems if I went with their advice. Stopped immediately when I was loosing confidence with them. Paid for accounts to date and they were still incomplete. Waste of time and disappointing. Certainly wouldn’t recommend!
