If you're looking for a straightforward, no-fuss accountant, I would highly recommend APS Accounting. I've been using Paul's services for the past three years now. As a sole director / freelancer I needed an accountant who would help me with the usual tax returns and quarterly VAT, as well as any day to day queries. He's easy to work with and his rates are really reasonable compared to other accountants!

I find Paul to be very helpful and responsive in dealing with any issues that come up. He has kept my tax burden to a minimum for a very reasonable cost and I would think he will be my accountant until I eventually one day sell the business
