I have used this firm for a few years now and I can honestly say the service has just gone from average to very poor. (Now resigned from the firm as my accountants). The staff are rude, abrupt and very argumentative over the telephone especially ‘Reji’ in the tax team. The work always seems rushed and hurried as I have found numerous faults in my returns. Finally my documentations always seem to go missing! Overall I would suggest staying away from the firm as they are not very client friendly and unorganised.
