Having made an appointment with this firm at least a week before for a consultation a message was left on my mobile 1 1/2 hours before the appointment time asking to rearrange the appointment as the accountant had an important deadline to meet and would not be able to see me that day as planned. I was not able to access my message until 20 minutes before the appointment time.
I rang the firm expressing my annoyance at such short notice and the fact that my husband had already left work early to attend the appointment and I informed them that unless the accountant kept the agreed appointment we would not be attending any rearranged appointments. The receptionist passed my message to the accountant and a further message was then left on my mobile as I was driving home to inform me the accountant could not possibly squeeze me in hence to say I would not recommend using this firm as expect to be let down at the last moment with no consideration to the inconvenience caused as a result.
