Appalling service - AVOID! Recently had a forensic report carried out by this company for divorce purposes. The word 'forensic' conjures up thoughts of something being in-depth, fine tooth combing etc., this was anything but. What we got, much to my Solicitors annoyance, was a basic accountancy exercise with a few fancy graphs. The first report contained a monumental error, ie., one lot of properties had been counted twice and others not at all.
The amended report was also incorrect. In addition they argued with my Solicitor regarding a minority discount before he had to point out this was a matter for the courts, which indeed it was and was subsequently found to be not applicable. Such reports cost a considerable amount of money, so you might have imagined after all this that a goodwill discount was in order, or at the very least a letter of apology, instead the report was signed off without my Solicitors consent and we got a threatening email requesting payment!

Disappointed in the customer service with Dyke Yaxley. I had heard they are good accountants but I did not have that experience. There was no follow through on queries, emails not returned, and trying to speak with someone meant waiting up to a week for a returned call. Unfortunately they have lost business with me and potential future business with my company.
