23,500 per year with the use of your own car (fuel card provided), or 20,000 with a company car included. Plus healthcare scheme. You will be self-motivated, keen to work as part of a busy professional team, target driven, be very personable and must have the desire to move into licensed trade stock audits.
Business moves fast so we see monthly management accounts as a prerequisite. Quarterly accounts are simply too slow. By the time they are produced, these accounts are history. All of our client receive timely management accounts each month. Each report has a summary, KPIs, Profit & Loss, balance sheet, budget report and a breakdown of transactions.
Employee's payroll can be a minefield. With ever changing minimum wages, living wage, tips, Tronc, and workplace pensions to contend with you need the experts on your side. Roslyns clients have access to their own Roslyns client portal making submission of payroll a straightforward process. We use our own Roslyns client portal so you simply enter the hours worked if employees are paid hourly, or confirm no salary change/holidays etc, and submit. The technicalities of calculating payroll are tricky, even trickier are the people.
