I came here to register on the Friday morning of 19th of May, 2017. There was no one to be seen at reception for ages, there were two of us initially waiting, the place seemed totally deserted and no member of staff to be found. Someone eventually came out of some door in the back office with some kind of drink in her hand, no 'sorry Sir' etc., for keeping us waiting for so long etc., then I asked her simply, calmly and politely if she had been on her break, she suddenly snapped and reacted angrily!
She was very rude, sarcastic, highly strung, haughty, bad mannered and anti-social in nature. She/they should of got someone else in to cover when there's no one there at reception to greet and help customers (There were certainly no greetings nor pleasantries on her watch I might add!), obviously common courtesy and good manners are strangers to her. Terrible customer service. Initially the guy I had the appointment with though was relatively pleasant.
