This company came up on Google after I had searched for some advice - Without going into too much detail companies like this and people like Tom the director, are a complete rarity in today's society. Understanding personable caring and a computer says yes attitude. Tom went above and beyond for me after I had probably wasted three days and 300 minutes on the phone trying to get the simplest of answers from the simplest of people (or so I thought). I called reception and asked for a call back from an Accountant. Tom called and gave me some great advice over the phone and backed up with attachments and more information.
