Great place for Apple products, reasonably priced. Had a screen protector custom cut and applied to my phone today, no complaints!

Absolutely first rate. Enquired about a Mac upgrade. Knowledgeable and very polite reply. The upgrade was completed the next day and for a very reasonable charge. The Mac was perfect - just plugged it in and it just worked, probably better than when it was new! Great service - couldn't have been better!

The iT Store saved my deadline! The fabulous Neil at the iT Store saved a very important work deadline with a new client. Neil was friendly, extremely efficient and I cannot thank him enough. He worked out a solution and delivered it superfast - plus improved everyone's mood with his cheerfulness and professionalism! As a small enterprise, we are very vulnerable to IT problems, and as luck would have it, we had a big tech prob whilst up against a tight deadline with an important new client.

Outstanding. Prompt responses to email questions. Dropped off Macbook which needed a new screen and collected it repaired 90 minutes later. Half the price I'd been quoted by Apple directly. I'll be using them again!

The team rescued a water damaged MacBook - I was terrified that it was beyond repair but they were calm, kind, explained things very clearly and the service was excellent. I'm so very impressed - and it's very reassuring to know that if I have any further issues with the machine I can take it straight to the experts!

The employees were really nice and helpful, especially Tom. I stopped by to get my phone fixed as Apple recommended them to me because the Apple store did not have the correct tools on hand. Part of my charger had broken off and stuck inside the charging dock. Tom was very professional, friendly and fast as he dealt with my phone straight away. The charger was really jammed inside but Tom persevered and was able to get my phone back to me much quicker than we first thought. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They went above and beyond to fix my phone immediately. Thank you Tom!

Fantastic service and great value. I've had my iPhone and MacBook fixed here. Staff are so friendly and helpful. They know what they're talking about and will get your device fixed properly.

Woke up one morning and my iPhone X wasn't working it was stuck on the apple screen. When the guys said I may lose all of my stuff including irreplaceable pictures of my kids I was gutted. The next day day I got a phone call and it was fixed and I managed and I managed to get all my things I'd backed up so I was over the moon and better yet I was only charged 30! Great value for money

I first called the store for advice and got a helpful response. I then took my MacBook Pro into the store and the staff were again helpful and friendly. They were able to address the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I would happily return and also recommend the iT Store.

Awful service, took my Mac in to be fixed but it came back with a new issue where it would shut down because of a problem so i took it back in to be told that it would only take an hour or so to fix so went back after 2 hours and the guy hadn't done it and was hopeless and said id have to come back another day but he didn't know how long it would now take.

Once i got it back it still wasn't fixed so i complained and I then received a call from the director who tried to help but said to come back to them if no luck. I have emailed them twice and no response either time. Would not recommend these guys at all.
