Prior to establishing the Company she was Group Financial Director of the York Trust group of companies. Following the successful MBO, Catherine was responsible for creating and supervising the team to control the full financial and administrative functions for some 30 companies. The businesses ranged from, manufacturing and retailing to creative design, advertising, venture capital and software development.
