I contacted Michael Austin of Blue Dot Consulting because I needed his expert knowledge and training for QuickBooks. Having just moved my company accounts over to QuickBooks, I was finding it very hard to make the program work for me in a way I understood, and was practical for my business. Michael was fantastic. He quizzed me on how my business worked financially and was super patient with me. Explaining everything in a non accountancy manner.
He then showed me how to utilize all the less obvious tools in the program, so that I could see at a glance what monies held belonged to my company and what was held for clients. How to invoice properly and do my VAT returns easily. Without his help I just don't know how I would have managed. Thank you Michael.
