Stay well clear. My file got lost in their system, after 8 weeks of waiting I had to ring them again, only for them to suddenly act saying they couldnt send my file off as they was waiting for specific information. (I went somewhere else in the end) They actually fabricated a phone conversation between me and Sara to get them off the hook, I have repeatedly asked for evidence of this conversation and the notes they supposedly have on file through email only to be ignored.
I had to pay the bill with threat of small claims. My word against theirs and not worth the potential hassle.
Do yourself a favour and use different accountants.
