The HR team advised that they were "astounded" that I may be unable to work my shifts when my terminally ill close relative reached the end of their life. I had advised I may be unable to work towards the end as I would be required to care for them. In addition I had concerns as there were 3 vulnerable people in the house at the start of the pandemic.
They do need to look after money and make best decisions for business but a tiny amount of humanity/compassion for a long term employee of the business. Otherwise it creates bad feeling amongst loyal hard working employees.

Dishonest, liars, always overcharging for any kind of simple consultation. This is the worst experience I have had with any type of company in my life When my company trusted this accounting firm, it didn't know how wrong it was. For years I paid much more to HMRC than I should have paid. This company is not trustworthy at all
