After over 40 years I recently ended my daily newspaper subscription to The Journal News due to totally incompetent delivery and customer service. I asked repeatedly not to have the paper delivered on town property by the street but instead closer to my house but was repeatedly ignored by the carrier over the course of two weeks and four phone calls on the same issue.
When I spoke to their delivery agent, PCF, they said they would give me two weeks of free papers for my trouble but only delivered two days of free papers. It is extremely sad that a once worth operation has sunk so low and can't work with its subscribers needs.

Poor service, online is rubbish, in the phone for an hour trying to do an address change for council tax, unhelpful, frustrating, more interested in stats than customer service. When North Somerset council ran it ypu could phone up and things were worried straight away but now profit making company running it that's all gone. They ran student finance and mada E a total shambles of that. Why have they been given council tax? No wonder do many summons have gone out its because we can't get problems resolved. How does this save money, they are a joke.
