So called administrators that lack any duty of care! The worst company I have ever come across. S&W decided to take the roofs of our house and then leave it off for 10 months because they pulled the funding, but managed to find money for a security company to secure houses that are empty. Shocking organisation. Spend more time on annual leave then actually dealing with any problems.

Critical: Value They are in charge of the London capital and finance scam. This company takes the piss charging us thousands of hours worth of work and getting no where. They said we would get 25% so far we have got 2.5,t heir bill is going to be higher than what we get back this can't be right.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Lack basic customer service. For someone who has worked in customer service for over 13 years I find it amazing how little they seem to care. Administrators who don't administer. Most disastrous 10 months our lives trying to get our house resolved.

Company was appointed administrators of a solicitor who went bust and owed me money. I have sent every piece of documentation requested, and they have not asked for more, repeatedly said someone would be in touch in 2 weeks and never has been. It's over 6 months since their last message and I've emailed them several days ago and still no response. Possibly a scam company?
