We currently assist more than 200 hospital consultants in many disciplines, including anaesthetists, heart surgeons and cardiologists, and understand the intricacies of running a private practice at the same time as being employed within the NHS. We act for a number of dental surgeons and dental practitioners, and can assist with queries arising on the sale or purchase of dental practices, together with the provision of advice in connection with practice development.Locum GPs too need help with accounts and tax as they establish themselves and we are ideally placed to assist.
Whilst we are known as medical accountants, we act for many other successful businesses, such as publishing companies, software developers, builders and artists, to name just a few. We also assist many individuals with their personal tax affairs. The point is still the same, to minimise tax liabilities, whilst not forgetting other important issues.
We have developed a comprehensive package of services for our GP clients to enable them to have the best financial information possible about their practice. An annual detailed review of the financial performance of the Practice against previously prepared budgets. Superannuation liability forecasts, preparation of estimates for the LAT and preparation of annual pension certificates.
