We have been with RBS for 15 years and the service we receive from them have been impeccable. They will chase us and make sure that any statutory filings are done well on time. We get regular advise on tax and accounting matters that are generally beyond our area of knowledge and any communication needed with HMRC is dealt with swiftly. They take time to explain everything in detail and make sure that we are happy with any decisions taken and paperwork that follow.
